August 2018 Annual Membership Meeting

Annual Membership Meeting and 2019 Board of Directors Elections
We are pleased to announce the 2018 Annual Membership Meeting, where we will provide information about our successes and activities from the past year as well as exciting plans for the upcoming year. We will also introduce you to the 2019 Board of Directors nominees. Please read more about the nominating and election process in our July Newsletter.
This meeting will be held in the Teamwork Room on the 7th floor of the Hancock Whitney building. We will have posters placed by the elevator entrances to guide you to the meeting room. (For those of you who were involved in establishing our chapter a few years ago, this is the same room you met in during that time.)
We’ll be providing pizza, soft drinks & tea, ballots to cast your vote, door prizes and give aways! You must be a current chapter member and present at the meeting to vote.We are not charging a fee for this meeting, but ask that you register online by Monday August 20th so we have an accurate headcount for the food. This is a great networking event and also great to discuss ways you can volunteer your time on future events. Please speak with a current Board member for more information on ways you can help.

Voting ballots will be accepted throughout the meeting.
