Why is small business growth much different than large business growth? What factors are overlooked and what key elements of business growth should you monitor. This presentation will address the potential risk of a significant spike in small business growth.
About the Speaker
Darryl Davis is the Director of Programs at Seemann Composites Inc., Gulfport, Mississippi who oversees the company’s business pipeline, proposal development center and Program Management Department. He is responsible for monitoring the life cycle of each program from Proposal Development, Contract Award to Contract Closeout. Darryl spent 30 years in the United States Marine Corps, finishing his career in the Marine Corps Acquisition Office. He has over 30 years of experience in Logistics, Operations and Program Management.
He currently runs Seemann Composites tactical and strategic business pipeline with a focus on strategic planning and program execution. He is a member of the Diamondhead Marine Corps League, and chairs their committee that raises funds to support United States Veterans and their families. He is married to Judy Gravel Davis and has two children, Benjamin Cole Davis and Chelsea Elizabeth Davis.
